effective from july 29th to august 16th: (total: 18 days)
1) practice tennis for at least 1.5 hours everyday and play 2 hours + on weekends. dedicate at least 30 minutes to serving (go to calabazas by yourself before dad gets home and practice serving?)
goals:
1) get first serve and second serve down and make it as effective as it used to be
2) work on FOOTWORK, run down every ball and back...
