- met kingston’s parents! they are a lot less scary than i imagined them to be and it was a pleasant if not slightly awkward lunch ^_^
- he looks absolutely nothing like any of them which really made me reconsider my “switched at hospital during birth” theory. i am determined to find out where he got his distinctive eyebrows LOL
- there is a bike shop called mike’s bikes in los gatos. immediately thought of mr. williams…. “SPIRIT GUY” lulz
- tomorrow i am 18! i’m always underwhelmed with every momentous occurrence of my life because i always end up expecting too much. tomorrow i will expect nothing!
- did you guys know ap testing is the week after next week? i don’t even know when my tests are…. not sure if i even really care lol

it was on our stats test! you know how binomial distribution has only two outcomes (“success” or “fail)
the problem was about testing for the true proportion of women in a company … in the particular sample given to us in the problem, there were 4 women (so i guess the other anon translated it to 4 “successes”) ??

learned this technique from one of our school psychologists (did you know we have those??) and almost immediately got a chance to apply it. unfortunately i failed miserably … negative emotions are extremely overwhelming.
anyways lhs night out was fun! took stereotypical photobooth pictures…. pink wigs, feather boas, a kissing picture (cue “EWWWW”). also made tacky friendship bracelets and my own cake flavored lip balm!
i could not resist my cheap asian impulses and so afterwards i hoarded a bunch of pizzas/food to take home. took about half an entire pizza YES I WIN.
